We have structured the Football for Water program per country into different districts. Every year the Country Program Coordinator (CPC) works according to an approved year-plan. In 2012 the first schools have been selected (via application form), and at the moment we are selecting schools for 2014.
To be able to measure impact the implementing partners start with a baseline per school, and at the end of the year conduct an end-survey.
Football for Water is transparent about which schools we are targeting, and we would like to share this also with you. One of our partner organizations Akvo is supporting us doing Mobile surveys for data-collection via Akvo FLOW. Please click on the map, and you will enter the Football for Water Dashboard – in which you are able to select a country. Please zoom into the map – and be able to see the data and some photos per school.
In 2012 Kenya was the first to participate into FLOW workshop and has done most 2012 (and 2013) schools so far: Baseline and Business Development surveys. Ghana participated in 2013 with the FLOW workshop, and will start this year with continuation of 2013 schools. For Mozambique we haven’t gathered data via mobile tools, but will start with the workshop at the end of this year for the 2014 schools.
